Frisian Sea Beta

Frisian Sea

The Guild

Join the Guild and support Frisian Sea.

Thanks for stopping by! Frisian Sea is free, and it stays that way. The Guild is for anyone who wants to support the game: you help pay for the servers and for everything that is still to come, and you get some convenience and a mark next to your name in return. None of it makes you stronger: everyone plays the same game.

Why that name? In Sigtuna in Sweden stand runestones about a thousand years old, raised by "the guild brothers of the Frisians" for one of their members. Frisian merchants formed a guild together and helped each other. That suits a game that grows through its players.

Thank you so much in advance!

What you get

Player Guild member

The Guild mark next to your name, in the lobby and on your profile. Never in a game.

On the way

This is what we are working on. As soon as something is ready, you get it too once you are a Guild member.

  • Replays in the cloud

Watch all your games again, on any device. Was it a good one? Share it with a link anyone can open, even without an account.

  • Statistics for your games

See for every game how your resources, your army and your village grew, and when you reached each age. And across all your games: your rating in a graph, and who you beat most often.

  • Custom rooms

As the host, pick a smaller or bigger map, play a fixed map from a code, or start with more resources. Your friends play along for free, and your group keeps its own leaderboard.

  • The training camp

Practice at your own pace: place units and buildings yourself, choose your resources, skip an age, or practice your opening against the clock. Or play on from any moment in your own replay.

These are not there yet. If you join the Guild now, you support what is already there.

What you never get

The Guild never makes you stronger, not now and not later.

  • No resources.
  • No faster building or training.
  • No units.
  • No peoples, maps or levels of the computer that are only for members.

Everyone plays the same game.

Not a member? Then you miss nothing.
